To invite you to the project Flos’ Lighting Academy that exploit the Flos’ Showpad platform application, in order to illustrate you the history of Flos, to develop a specific knowledge of Flos products also through webinars and for being always updated on Flos’ new services and products.

Flos could record the webinars and make such video available on Showpad.

To send you or let our IT service providers send you our direct marketing communications by e-mail or to inform you about our products and commercial news by phone or by Whatsapp. Marketing communications will inform you about our products and brands (or those of our business partners) and about the activities promoted by Flos.

We remind you that you always have the possibility to decline receiving direct marketing communications even those for which you have already given your consent, by simply unsubscribing from the newsletters or communicating it to us by e-mail.

If you have already purchased a Flos product from one of our single-brand stores, we may contact you by e-mail to inform you about similar products and to keep you updated on the latest news.

   g. Enjoy our Virtual appointment service

To allow you to enjoy the ”Virtual appointment” service aimed at specific categories of users.

By booking-in, the user can set up a personal appointment at our showrooms or request a virtual tour with the support of one of our operators.

In some cases, we may contact you by phone to inform you about the projects and news proposed by Flos.

For both showroom appointments and virtual calls and meetings, we will ask you to enter your preferences concerning time and date of the appointment. In case of virtual tour of the showroom, we could use digital platforms such as Teams, Zoom or Skype.

   h. Data analysis for finding out trends and products and improving Flos website

We collect your Personal Data for trend analysis and consumer patterns. This helps us to know more about the users of the website and to customize our site on the basis of the preferences identified by the users and, in general, to the products.

9. What kind of transfers can we carry out?

10. How do we protect your information?

The security of your information is very important to us, and we have implemented measures to protect the integrity and security of the information we collect and share with our website providers.
In particular, personal data are encrypted using a security technology called Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. SSL technology encrypts information before being exchanged via Internet between the user’s device and the Company’s central systems, making it obscure to unauthorized parties and thus guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information transmitted. The use of SSL also requires a suitable browser that can ” exchange ” a security key with a minimum length of 128 bits, necessary to establish this secure connection with the co-owners central systems.

However, no security system is unbreakable and we cannot guarantee tha our systems are 100% safe. In the event that any information under our control is breached, we will take appropriate steps to investigate the situation and, where necessary, notify persons whose information may have been compromised and take other measures, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
